Ever heard of the saying ‘Monday Blues’? We all dread coming back to work especially if it’s been a series of non-stop hectic and stressful days. Don’t we all? The fact that the weekend is so close to Monday while Monday is so far away from the weekend isn’t helping much at all.
Most of us would wish that the weekend would be longer and the work week to be shorter. But, because life isn’t about working for what you need, we go back every single Monday while bracing ourselves for what the week has to offer. Or maybe you’ve been trying so hard to get healthier? Sticking to it is hard and can be very discouraging.

The week is almost up! You’re 80% closer to the weekend! Time to reflect on what’s happened in the first half of your week. Is there anything you could have done better or improve on to make next week a lot better?
Think on these things but don’t let it define what’s today going to be like. Find the right motivation – whether it be TGIF or a beach trip over the weekend! You’re down to your last half. So make it count! 😁
