Top 10 Coffee Alternatives That Will Give You Energy For The Whole Day

How do you like to start your day? I usually make myself a cup of cappuccino with coconut milk because I really like the velvet soft flavor. I am sure many of you prefer caffeine-free beverages, so here are the top 10 coffee alternatives you can try. Plus you will start your day fresh, recharged, and full of energy for the whole day.

Depands on what you prefer better, there are coffee alternatives containing caffeine, and some completely caffeine- free. So if you like to reduce the caffeine intake, or just to interelive your morrning routine here is or list of beverages you need to try this week.

Coffee Alternatives Beverages

Chai Tea– A bouquet of herbs, that all mixed gives a spicy allure. Cardamon, cinnamon, ginger, star anise, and cloves. These ingredients make this tea full of antioxidants, and besides it can boost your body, it can help you even to lose some weight. You can add some velvet coconut milk, and make the perfect chai latte. Drink it hot or cold.

English Breakfast Tea- Full of flavonoids that are good for the heart, fight cholesterol, and improve blood pressure. It offers robust flavor which is very close to the coffee, and masala chai. You can serve it with some milk for a richer taste.

Yerba Mate– This is one of the best coffee alternatives if you do not want to give up on caffeine. It is a rich source of antioxidants, vitamins, calcium, iron, thiamine, and riboflavin. Yerba mate is made from dried leaves of the Ilex paraguariensis plant. It offers the strong flavor of coffee, the health benefits of the tea, and the pleasure of the chocolate.

Caffeine Free Coffe Alternatives

Chicory Coffee- Roasted roots of the chicory offer a taste very close to the original coffee flavor. It has a woody, and nut taste. It contains vitamin B6 and manganese that are good for the brain.

Lemon Water– This coffee alternative is the best source of vitamin C. Moreover, it makes your skin glow, helps lose weight. Start your day with a glass of lemon water to boost your metabolism, and digestion. This megical drink also helps to your dental health and imrove breath.

Hot Chocolate- A caffeine alternative that brings the Christmas spirit. Hot chocolate reduces stress and boosts your brain, and body thanks to its main ingredient- theobromine. I like to add some cinnamon, and vanilla to make the hot chocolate more festive and rich in flavors.

Mushroom Tea– Believe it or not, reishi mushroom tea is one of the most popular immune boosting drinks in Chinese medecine.

Herbal Coffee– If you want to cut the caffeine, but still need velvet, thick hot beverages in the morning, you need to try herbal coffee. It is a mix of chicory root, dandelion root, dandelion leaves, and Yerba Mate.

Golden Milk– This magical drink is good even before bedtime. The Tumeric has an anti-inflammatory effect. Absolutely caffeine-free, golden milk contains ingredients like cardamon, black paper, ginger, vanilla, cinnamon, and honey. You can make it with whole milk, or almond, or coconut milk.

Rooibos Tea– Known also as red tea, rooibos tea is made by leaves from a shrub called Aspalathus linearis. This coffee alternative is similar to black tea. Here is why you can mild its flavor with some milk, or cream.
