Daily House Chores List

Keep your home neat, well-ordered, and guests friendly any time of the day. It means no clothes on the floor, no shoes in the hallway, a clean sink, and no empty mugs on the coffee table.

Bedroom

  • Replace and wash bathroom rugs and towels.
  • Scrub sink and clean drain.
  • Scrub the toilet seat and toilet bowl.
  • Clean the tub and shower walls.

Monthly House Chores List

Choose a week of the month for a special area of your home. For example, cleaning windows the second week of the month, cleaning carpets the first week of the month, etc.

Bedroom

  • Thoroughly clean the furniture.
  • Rearrange your wardrobe and clothes, fold them and check again for clothes you don’t wear anymore.
  • Vacuum and wipe the floor.
  • Clean the curtains.
  • Wash your bedding. This includes comforters and duvets.

Kitchen

  • Clean the fridge and freeze and throw away all the expired food.

Living Room

  • Thoroughly clean your furniture- clean from dust, treat the surfaces with some polish cleaners.
  • Vacuum all the floors and sofas.
    Wipe ceiling light fixtures and wipe fan blades.
    Clean light switches, door handles, and frames.
    Let the light through your windows. Make sure to dust, vacuum, or wash window curtains and window treatments.
    Vacuum under furniture.

Bathroom

  • Scrub the tub and shower walls and floor.
  • Sweep and mop the bathroom floor.
  • Throw away all the empty bottles, empty jars, and cosmetics that have expired.

Seasonal House Chores List

Seasonal cleaning is something refreshing for me. I really enjoy changing my wardrobe and getting rid of everything I really don’t like anymore, doesn’t fit, etc.

Besides the clothes, I am trying to declutter my house from seasonal decoration and elements.
